The concert will consist of three parts - solo performances and duet one and will include repertoire of The Gathering, Anathema and Aqua de Annique in the arrangements for piano and acoustic guitar.
Anneke van Giersbergen is a Dutch vocalist known from The Gathering (1994-2007) and solo career under the name of Agua de Annique. Playing the piano and guitar, enchanting with her voice Anneke reduces the distance between her and the audience to zero.
Daniel Cavanagh is a leader of British Anathema founded in 1990 along with his brothers Jamie and Vincent. Composer, vocalist and multiinstrumentalist led the band from doom/death metal origins to the top of alternative, prog-rock music.
The cooperation of the artists has been successful for several years and during their concerts you can listen to the greatest hits of both bands in lirycal and chamber atmosphere.
