Dawn and Dusk Entwined - A L'aube Des Jours Anciens
A fine taste of neo-classical, pounding martial, ambient and neo-folk, that has become the recognizable DDE trademark, and defied the rigid confines of the "industrial genre". A journey through ancient and mythical lands of Europe, long before the kings and the only God. A soundtrack from mythical and magical times of which no one remembers when reality turned into legend, when mythology met history.
The strength, the sense of epic and enthusiasm evoked by powerful and tribal influenced percussions: thunder and lightenings as drums, the genuine sound of the carnyx (the Celtic horn of war) amongst other ancient sounds, strong vocals and memorable tunes give sense to a mythical evocation... An album that recalls some of the art of Howard Shore crossing paths with Laibach or Blood Axis, walking through the realms of JRR Tolkien or Robert E. Howard.

Released on Aube Et Crepuscule and available January 20th, 2012.
