The 4th Musical Contest is oriented to gothic-wave bands and other, which act similar genres. The contest is open to all International emerging bands, underground and/or independent that play one of the following musical genres: New Wave, Darkwave, Post-punk, Neo Folk, Industrial, EBM, Synthpop, Batcave, Death Rock, Ethereal, Gothic Rock, Cabaret, Horror Punk, Medieval.

Excluded are:

• professional musicians with at least THREE album produced by record labels
• cover bands
• metal bands

Rules and the contest application form are available in the contest locations and on the official website.
Application forms must be sent via email/website, with link/player with at least 3 songs (reverbnation, soundcloud or bandcamp: you must have a widget), pictures and biography of the band that can be sent in digital format (you can send files directly with the registration form) or on support at organizers office:

Registration for the contest is completely free of charge, allowing it to speed up registrations. The registration will be accepted only in case are provided the following information: Band name, official website (or myspace/facebook/etc), name of the referent, phone number and email of the referent, musical genre (follow the list), preferred venue for the gig, link of the player (at least 3 songs), biography and pictures via email: [email protected] (object: "Registration – Band Name – Favourite venue") or by fill in the online form on the official website.

The Jury will be composed by musicians and experts. We are very proud to inform you now that member of the jury will be Krzysztof Rakowski, main organizer of Castle Party Festival!

The main prize for the winning band will amount to a concert at the Moonlight Festival 2013 in Italy and at the Castle Party 2013 in Poland.!
Enrolled bands will receive votes on the band's profile (webpage created for them with biography, pictures and player) on organizer’s website, and the best 35 bands will be sorted out in the different locations, trying to meet their preference, but in case of oversupply in the same venue, bands with higher scores in the ranking will be advantaged. The winners in regional venues will play live in the final day. Bands selected for the regional finals will be chosen by popular vote via web, and only the best 35 will play live.
