Holding in my hand first solo project of Nadja Sohae, an ex-member of Thans-X, than Thai-Essence, the title interested me in the first place - "Talking To Myself". I was curious to know what impression will this trained pianist make on me with her mezzosopran. It could have been predatory, it could have been sentimental.

I heard 11 compositions, also a double recorded "Callas Never Dies", once in an instrumental version and also in this "Cyber Heart" version. Explicit dose of electronics and alive keyboard instruments with a deep, warm voice of Nadja Sohae. Another proof that modernity in conjunction with classics - it does work! After next listening to the CD I started to search for the words that could define the character of this CD. "The pleasure of listening" turned out to be the key-word. In order to not be so sweet, some kind of deficiency sneaks in. The CD is predictable from the beginning to the end. I've ran out of decided twist of action, that woman should have surprised us.

Certainly this is not the proposal for aggressive playing's lovers. You are going to find here rather quiet, relax and positive energy..
