Due to the success of the Norwegian Pride and Fall's second LP ("Elements Of Silence"), their label decided to reissue their debut CD "Nephesh" with an extra "2" to mark the difference arising from the modified content. The seventh track on the reissued version is "Construct" substituting "Delusion". Additionally, we get two remixes.

The logic of debut makes "Nephesh" a tad bit fresh music-wise. Unfortunately, just for a few moments. Sigve Monsen's vocals are as dispassionate as it was on "Elements Of Silence" and even more strikingly similar to Ronan Harris from VNV Nation.

Each and every song partaking in this crude pursuit sometimes falls within the range of a techno disco. Beautiful moments, bringing back memories of 4AD's music are only that - moments. Volatile and fuelling the urge to get more, which does not get satisfied. The subconscious hints at a definition: an imitation. Tiring and monotonous.
