Interesting music, especially for fans of the melodious sounds that represent “the instrumental world of your imagination”. It's something like light electronic playing; it resembles the early Jean Michelle Jarre at times. The first song is the beginning of the strange fairy tale, a story without conclusion... The second kicks up both me and whole album and it's the best one in fact. It's hard to say something about the music which isn't developing. At least the listener isn't the witness of it. Each song is a different story, at least this is the impression. But in fact in each of them happens the same: the same theme, the same instrumentals, the same thread. The songs are monotonous, boring, as if “shy”. I don't want to be unfair here, I just want to say that this is not “what Tigers like best”. However, as I said before, the second song is quite good: really interesting and definitely there is something intriguing to it. Twisted, that's true, but in this case all the twisting is justifiable. Great motive. I had similar impressions concerning the fourth song. The song isn't just a simple story, it develops and transforms. The fifth shouldn't go unnoticed. However the subsequent ones are too homogeneous; if we materialized them they would have one layer only. They won't take your breath away. Ok, perhaps my demands are too great but Bel Polipo is a sort of music that will not even interrupt the conversation taking place next to the loudspeaker. Nobody pays attention to it? It will go unnoticed... They don't want to be the silent background, do they?
