Interview with the group “Digital Factor”
The interview's time and place: 6th March 2005, after the concert during
the Black Flames Festival 2, in the club “Blue Note” in Poznań.
Attack: How did you like the Polish audience and fans? What do you
think about today's concert?
-DF: This has been our first contact with the Polish electronic
music community, and the audience is great, it really took us high, up
to the limit!
-A: They hadn't expected that you're so good on the stage, live,
there'd been some expectations, of course, but...
-DF: While going here, we were wondering what sort of audience
we will find here, that was amazing!
-A: What is the message in your music? What do you want to pass by
means of it?
-DF: Our music reflects all what we see around us. Formerly,
DF was a ”science fiction” group, the lyrics were mostly about it, they
were entertaining, presently we're trying to contain a more political
message. We sing about matters referring to money, politics, revolution.
This is a mixture of a party and important messages.
-A: Are you planning to visit Poland again, in the future? Your
concert's been great and we'll be insisting on your return.
-DF: Yes, certainly!
-A: And what are your plans for the future?
-DF: Soon we're releasing our new album in Black Flames
Records, then we'll start tour, we're planning to give a lot of live
concerts. We released our lat album six years ago. Now we're back on the
stage again and we shall see to what extent the concert audience has
changed since then.
For 6 years we've been in various recording studios, making various
things also for other groups, but after the today's concert, after such
a audience's reception, we think that the time of the studio is over for
DF...
-A: And now, the time for LIVE has begun! Good choice!
-DF: Until the next alum release!
-A: Thank you, and we hope we'll meet again soon
-DF: Thank you!
