This EP starts fast. The first track just detonates after a quick acceleration of sounds and rhythm, and takes you soaring at a high speed. You are then taken further into the music; the acceleration ceases, but the melodies darken and deepen.

To be trite, the sound of this album is evocative of Skinny Puppy, maybe on a backdrop of New Order – but only because of its wonderfully complex gothic, almost techno beats. The beats are beautifully experimental and the melodies are put together seamlessly and without a single recognizable instrument. Truly, the music could stand alone without the singing and much of the dark feeling in these tracks comes solely from the singing.
Once you have delved a bit deeper into the album, there is the notion that you are given some time to explore your surroundings. "Neubeginn" slows the tempo down just enough for you to be able to breathe. But even with the slower tracks, the one thing this EP does not lack is energy. It is uppity, albeit dark, and tends to invoke dancing. Midway through the EP, you are sped up again and treated with two additional versions of the energy that is packed in "Destiny".

Being devoid of any recognizable instruments or human sounding voices probably achieves the musician’s desired effect – something unnatural and future-worldly. And although dark, the feeling that lingers after listening to this EP is that the future is something to get worked up about.
