I believe that after the previous CD “Truth Is Fanatic” (2003) no one expected that Rotersand's music will evolve so much. Although I'd had to wait for the release for two years I wasn't disappointed in the end; I'd even say that I was positively surprised. The essence of „Welcome to goodbye” is a strong, uncompromising futurepop combined with a bit of industrial sound, which is best heard in the track „Storm”. The whole CD from the beginning to the end invites the listener to the world of definite music, thoroughly thought out solutions and experiments, which do not disturb Rotersand's style established on the previous CD.

Definitely the strongest point of the CD is its vitality. Together with each track we pass on to more and more energizing party-like sounds which, however, do not disturb out daily routine. Owning to such combination the CD is good for both: a party and listening at home. We will find less calm tracks than on the previous release, but in turn „Welcome to goodbye” includes more hits , like for example once mentioned “Storm”, fantastic „Exterminate, Annihilate, Destroy” or typically futurepop “Undone” - perfect for dancing. The album is perfectly constructed: starting from short, calm intro „Welcome to goodbye”, through energetic tracks reaching its peak with the track „Exterminate, annihilate, destroy”, ending with gentle soothing track, „Angels falling”. With the whole responsibility I may say that it was worth waiting for two years I would willingly wait even second two just to be so positively surprised by Rotersand!

I recommend the CD to all those, who appreciate music decisiveness , power and energy. This is the only CD in 2005 which I may give 100% with clear conscience.
