Swedes have an inborn ability to write beautiful songs. And there is no different in that case. "Cold Heaven" is the second album from Cinemascape band. It is a natural course of things to gather the experiences already gained and to use them during recording of the next album. And so it happened there – we get a publishing that is a fully logical consequence of the debut.

From the producing side in the music does not fault anything. And it is fine when it comes to the arrangements. Songs are bitter - sweet, melodic, yet with a large dose of irony.
Dreamy atmosphere presented by the group, enables to detach from reality and to immerse in delicate dreams, which are now held in the land of relentless cold heaven. The vocals are clean, and the songs are sung innocently, as if in passing-by, casual way. Charming synth spaces are supported by interesting male vocals, what more can you ask for. What intrigued on the first record, now has an opportunity to fully develop. The whole has an appropriate musical layer that can be expected from synthpop with a touch of the avant-garde.

Album is well played, fans of Cinemascape work will not be disappointed. Nice songs, supported by the aforementioned irony, that is characteristic to the formation, are really interesting entertainment.
But if someone is looking for something more, will feel a bit unsatisfied. There is a lack of that something, a claw, or a decent surprise.
