XP8 have announced that their fourth studio album, entitled Drop the Mask, is in its final stages and planned for release in June 2009. A special edit of the album track "I See Her" will be included on the second volume of the Kinetik Festival compilation album, as the band will perform at the festival in May 2009.
Some of the finished remixes which were planned for the canceled EP will now be released on compilations in the coming year, including reworkings of "Our Time" (Soman), "The Art of Revenge" (SAM), and I.C.E. (Uberbyte). A free download of the song "Juggernaut" (NBK vs Selene Riot Mix)" is available on the official page.
