The Polish release of the "Breaking Ground" (RoadRunner Records) album is set for the 15th January 2007. Four days later the LP will be released in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The Polish release will be taken care of by Metal Mind.
"Breaking Ground" was recorded in Kanada and produced by the renowned producer Rhys Fulber (Fear Factory, Paradise Lost). Paulina Maślanka (vocals) and Jarek Baran (guitar) stayed at his home studio in Gibsons (near Vancouver) in February. 14 tracks were recorded, with 12 making it to the final mix of the album. 7 of these are new songs and 5 are new versions of tracks coming from the previous studio album by Delight, entitled "Anew", which was released in 2004. All songs were sung in English. Paula and Jarek were supported by the session drummer, known from his work with The Devin Townsend Band and God Awakens Petrified - Ryan Van Poederooyen. Promo photos were taken in Berlin by Erik Weiss, responsible for sessions with Muse, Coldplay, System Of A Down, Juliette Lewis and Julie Delpy among others.
