Femme Fatality’s newest album, ‘One’s not enough’, is made up of many different musical styles. It’s clearly visible that the artists were influenced by trip hop, hip hop, synthpop, new wave and even punk. All come down to fast beats combined with guitar riffs i typical punk vocals. ‘One’s not enough’ in some moments comes close to a band called All Gone Dead; however, I think that fans of either of those bands will not like this CD. True, there are a few catchy momentsm, but we all heard that somewhere before. It would seem that Palermo brothers, while trying to hit as widest target possible, fell into the web of borrowings; hence, the album will probably miss the musical tastes of people, who are into musical styles mentioned at the beginning. Concluding, ‘One’s not enough’ is great as a background, for studying, for example. It sounds nice, but there’ anbsolutely nothing mesmerising inside.
