IKON are for sure one of the best known, and continously successful Australian bands! Originally often compared to JOY DIVISION, their sound evolved over the years into something very original, authentic and unique. The eagerly awaited and long overdue album ‘Love Hate and Sorrow’ is an album full of energy, that stands out of the masses of gothic/industrial releases these days/these years!
The first limited edition of the album will be released as double-CD. CD1 features the ‘official’ album with 12 new tracks, while CD2 contains an all ‘unplugged/acoustic’ session with a total of 10 tracks. Whether you like it more ‘rocky’ as on CD1 or acoustic as on CD2: with ‘Love, Hate and Sorrow’ IKON present again an album, that is highly authentic, original, creative and unique – probably their best release in 10 years! Released on Vendetta and available November 15th, 2009.
