The French industrial act Punish Yourself presents their side-project '1969 Was Fine', featuring the four Punish Yourself members plus their tour-manager annex bassplayer and Cyril Laurent (saxophone).

Expect to hear a sound that the band describes as being "loud fast warped rock'n'roll/afterpunk sounding like a mix of Motorhead, Alien Sex fiend or Zodiac Mindwarp".  Their first album, "1969 Was Fine... But 666 is alright", will be released in March 2009 by Season Of Mist. More news and sounds at www.myspace.com/1969wasfine
