Ten Data Keshin - Neo Neon Generation

The first album of a French musician, in my humble opinion, did not stir up any over-excessive amount of interest. Just a piece of electro with a bit of drum'n'bass, which, even though there is some potential to it, it did not manage to stay in my mind for a longer while. The case is different as far as the second long play of Ten Data Keshin is concerned, which introduced to my mind a handful of positive and energyzing vibrations from the very first track. What is it that 'Neo Neon Generation' actually has on offer? In comparison to the previous releases, there is much more dynamics on it, in the form of denser beats, so to speak. Still, we deal with a substantial amount of electro and drum'n'bass (pieces as ‘B10nicalsaz’ and ‘Vertigo of Vision'), accompanied by breakbeat samples, so typical of a certain chemical duo ('Credit Card Junkies' simply cannot let you sit still!), along with a whole gamut of industrial rasps and clangs spread throughout the whole record, which, obviously, may only please a listener. There is no such sing as mediocre tracks on the album, apart from four remixes put at the end of the record, made by Sonic Are, Zenta, Shizuka and Ambassador 21, which, frankly speaking, are rather average and may just as well be skipped.
