How can a collaboration of two musicians with vanguarde, even unique style, yet so similiar when it comes to the music they create, look like? Zoran's Equation, project-experiment by genuine experimenters, Flint Glass and Polarlicht 4.1. Franco-german cooperation under the sign of gloomy electronic is more than 45 mins of extraordinary musical experiences. Escalation of mutual elements common for both of the project's pillars, as long as unique components, specific for each individual increase the spectrum of mysterious eeriness you can experience in the individual composition of either Polarlicht 4.1 and Flint Glass.
Combined forces of these two artists have shot this spectrum high in the uncharted cosmic space- that is the association that comes to your mind while this unusual journey. Raw, unfamiliar environment and cold, psychopathic technology complete themsellves and negates themselves through their nature's differences. While listening to this album one can feel like a lost, alone astronaut taken out of the Lem's novels Solaris or Terminus. Constant tapping, like in Which Does Not Exist, Exists or The Ice People shoves analogy to the second mentioned work.
Sounds of abandoned spaces, echoes permutated by sensors, sonars and all the fancy observation devices give us eerie impressions. Heavy industrial rhythms combined with static backgrounds perfectly reflect the vison of space shuttle traversing vast spaces.Chaotic cracks and dubstep-style sounds perfectly reflect all anomalies and bleak nature of the Universe. Squeaks, crackles, engine roaring and many many more sounds of everything that can break or is already broken sow unrest, in opposite to the only one safe place within hundreds of light years. A masterpiece.
Zoran's Equasion. About a journey to unknown in technological coffin. This story took me into its infinity since the very first sound.
Who else wants to be carried along?
