In the circle of synth/electro pop music there are many new and old bands that share the same musical roots. Hence it's often so that we deal with poor copies of, let's say, Depeche Mode. Luckily, there are also the bands that are highly successful in creating their own musical style, who are recognizable for their sounds and what's more who have talent to produce real music hits. MESH, the British band, is definitely the latter one. Their discography is already quite rich: since the EP Fragile released in 1994 they've been proceeding with their career. Just now, they have released the next CD entitled „We Collide”. Actually, I should have written the CD because it entered the marked successfully featuring 99 % of the tracks that are sure hits that would do as singles . It would be hard for me to pick up the best track as both the single CRASH [ with an accompanying video clip that is very interesting ] and Petrified or Room with a View sound great. Why was I attracted to MESH? The melodiousness of the tracks, perfect, very characteristic vocal, light manner of the songs, perfect lyrics, the CD as the whole entity... I think that even if someone hasn't had the chance to listen to them so far, it's a good idea to do it and start with:
