Open Mind Festival change location
The aim of the Open Mind Festival's organizers was to create a new open-air party in Szczytno, which would fill in a gap after Hunterfest and will be a bow towards the audience that was gathered by this, ended up in the atmosphere of scandal, event. But disgust after the previous festival and lack of trust of the fans to the party organized in Szczytno appeared to be the obstacles that cannot be crossed. To cut away from associations with Hunterfest and linking the festival with the organizer of disgraceful party it was decided to move Open Mind Festival to Warsaw to the Stodola Club.
The club version of the festival will take place the same day and will keep the foreign line-up. In Warsaw's Stodola on 12-14 August the main stars will perform: The Cult, Epica, Ill Niño, Obituary and The 69 Eyes.
Due to restrictions that appeared while moving the party from the open air to the club, Polish artists whose concerts were about to take place in Szczytno, won't be able to perform at Open Mind Festival in Stodola. These bands will play in Stodola Club in later times.
Despite the change of the party location there will be a camping field available for the festival participants festiwalu będzie, it'll be organized in direct neighbourhood of the club. The current point of the event will still be music workshop. For those who'll take part in them the Gitarzysta magazine prepared surprise gifts. Already bought tickets are valid for the festival in Stodola, yet all those who got carnets for Open Mind Festival in Szczytno by now have right to return them at the purchase points.
Tickets for Open Mind Festival in Stodola Club are available to obtain in Eventim network and Stodola Club's box-office.
