Pati Yang – first lady of the electronic scene. Coming from Wrocław, she has worked in Great Britain and USA for years. She is considered as one of the most important people of the alternative scene. During her musical career she has worked with such great stars as Martina Topley-Bird (vocalist known from Tricky’s albums), John Spencer Blues Explosions, David Holmes, Herbie Hancock or Brian Eno. She took part in creating the soundtrack for world-wide movie productions such as: "James Bond:Tomorrow never dies", "The Journey", "A Mighty Heart" with Angelina Jolie or "Code 46" by Michael Winterbottom.
Pati Yang is characterised by her being deeply conscious of her artistic vision, she is full of charisma and ideas and her original voice and the cohesion of her artistic vision in Great Britain are often compared with Kate Bush, Robyn or Fever Ray. Her artistic maturity is confirmed by her last album "Wires And Sparks" which was perfectly produced by Joe Cross (producer responsible for international success of Hurts).
