Blixa Bargeld's play debuts in the USA
"The Execution of Precious Memories" is a play made by Blixa Bargeld in collaboration with dance group Kunst-Stoff and experimental musical theater company Nanos Operetta. The play debuted in 1994 in Berlin and it continued in Tokyo, Stokholm, Cracow and more.
Before every peformance, precious memories of people living in that area are being collected and transformed through a poetic process into a performance for the stage. Now "The Execution of Precious Memories" will debut in Project Artaud Theater, San Francisco on 19-23 November.
