Killing Joke at Asymmetry Festival
The organizers of Asymmetry are constantly adding more artists to the line-up of their festival. This time it is the headliner – British post-punk star - Killing Joke. The band will be promoting their long-awaited album "2012".
Killing Joke (UK) was formed somewhere between 1978 and 1979 and gradually evolved over the years having worked out their characteristic sound which has created the basis of industrial rock. Mainly it is thanks to charismatic band’s leader Jaz Coleman who is fascinated by esoteric, hypnosis and ethnology and aiming to control his own surrounding. The music of Killing Joke is exactly the same – loud, aggressive and emotional. Killing Joke have influenced many later bands, such as Tool, Nirvana, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Ministry, Faith No More and Godflesh.

Asymmetry Festival 4.0 is taking place from 3rd to 5th May.
