New Bruno Schulz’s album in February
On Feb.16th Fonografika will release a new CD of the polish band Bruno Schulz, entitled "Wyspa"(eng.Island). Material was recorded in the Hasselhoff studio in Lodz. Producer & sound engineer was Paweł Cieślak.

After 3 years since the last album ("Nowy lepszy człowiek" S. P. Records 2010) the team returns with a revolutionary, different sound but with the melodies consequent to the previous design. The braver poetry of the texts, this time with more literal take their invariable subject - loneliness particular, awareness of separateness, incompatibility a crowded with characters and environment models.

Experienced and inspired again. From the ideological infatuation of the old hand of the recent decades, who climbed into the mainstream by its own forces, and there weren’t thrown out of the business to give: UNCLE, New Order, The Smiths, The Jesus and Mary Chain, the directly audible game sound with modern and kept looking for: PVT, Moderat, or Twin Shadow.
Apart from the sound that made and perfectly mastered it in throughout the material, engineer and producer Paweł Cieslak, strength behind this disc is undoubtedly melodies. We are dealing here the meeting of the experiment and the songs in one. Or, to be more imaging: the meeting of the mobile, catchy and expressive musical line with electronic sounds gala uniform, hung sashes, medals and subtle flash of silver and gold bonds.
