Ostrich - The Ostrich Effect
A first glimpse of the incredible talent of the Swedish duo OSTRICH was included on ‘Electropop Vol.2’ in 2009. With ‘Sleepy Angels’ the Scandinavian discovery delivered one of the top highlights of the CD and was able to satisfy the high expectations also live during the Electropop Festival that year.
Last year, Ostrich signed to Conzoon and due to the highest quality standards of Ostrich’s Singer and Keyboarder, recordings of this their debut have taken more than a year to be finished. But we’re sure you will agree: ‘The Ostrich Effect’ was well worth the wait. This album enters straight the ears, the heart and the soul of all Synthpopfans: Wonderful harmonies, gentle and catchy melodies meet with outstanding vocals, that hardly couldn’t be more charismatic and emotional! It’s this mixture, that turns each of the 12 tracks on this album to a real pearl of high standard Electropop.

Available June 15th, 2012.
