Polyester Beat - Polyester Beat
Music inspired by synth pop of the 80 '(Alphaville) and the disco of the 70's especially the high-pitched vocals (BeeGees). Recordings are flavored by non-obvious underground mood (Ladytron, Hot Chip.) Enchanting, contagious, universal - created from the tones and rhythms of the modern house and electro.

Polyester Beat was founded in 2008.
The originator and author of the project was Piotr Szwabe aka Pisz - Danzig poet, painter. Polyester was to be a one-off musical performance and its aim the revival formulas of Sopot's poetic meeting.
Pisz invited two friends: Karol and Rob. In a short time they prepared a musical live set inspired electro and synth pop.
After the first well-received by the audience show Pisz and Rob decided to continue the project. Began work on new songs. It lasted nearly two years. It turned out that singing is the main problem. Music balancing on the border of kitsch and commercialism scaring potential singers. Salvation was a friend - Wojtek Dowgiałło opera singer, who bravely met the vocals.
Another year of bad luck haunted album. Dragged on for months mastering work. Later, personal problems have delayed its release. However, around May 2011 everything was ready.
