"I had a story in my head when I wrote "Insomnia" it’s about losing something, looking back and realising it was great and you can’t get over it. I’ve always wanted to write songs that would punch me in the gut like my favourite bands music and that’s what I wanted "Tales of a Melancholic" to be. My songs are inspired by a lot of TV shows and films so in a way I created my own soundtrack." - Pryti.
