Trail of Tears new album - ''Bloodstained Endurance''
The resurrected Trail of Tears are back with their sixth album, "Bloodstained Endurance", out on Napalm Records. The band recorded the material in the Soundsuite Studio in Marseille, France together with Terje Refsnes. The album includes 11 songs and a limited edition album with an additional four or five bonus tracks will also be issued. Producer Terje Refsnes also did the production for Tristania's and Sirenia's most successful releases. "Bloodstained Endurance" was mastered by Finnvox.

The Norwegian Gothic/symphonic black metal act Trail of Tears originally formed in 1994 under the name of Natt. Through most of their career the band emphasised the use of contrasting soprano and death grunt vocals, but with the release of "Free Fall into Fear" in 2005, the band switched this contrast mostly to tenor and death growls, with rare soprano passages. Let's see if that has changed for their newest release...
