We are in the year 2517. All humans are moving on Hydra, looking for a new era of peace and prosperity, but a dark shadow appears on the horizon. Stars[+]Crusaders on mission once again. They have to face a new invasion of "Impostors", the cruel aliens that hide the shocking secret to mankind.
On "Welcome to Hydra" album the story continues in narrative about the space missions of the Stars Crusaders. Musically, the songs maintain the sound of futurepop and EBM, but with many influences from different genres.
"Welcome to Hydra" includes several collaborations with Syrian, Electrogenic, Forces of Light. The album was mixed and mastered by producers Stefan Poiss (Mind.In.A.Box, Thyx), Vasi Vallis (Frozen Plasma, Namnambulu) and Rob Dust.

This is a reissue of the Inkubus Sukkubus album ‘Heartbeat of the Earth' originally released in 1995, it was the third album released by Inkubus Sukkubus and has been out of print for over 10 years. It was their ‘transition' album, the album which saw them successfully blend Gothic Rock, Folk and Metal with a big orchestral wall of sound and pagan lyrics to produce what was at the time something truly unique & which predated the fantasy metal genre of the likes of Nightwish, Within Temptation and Evanescence who formed that same year.
'Heartbeat of the Earth' is the template for the next 18 Inkubus Sukkubus albums. The power and the passion of the wild pagan world, the beautiful lilting melancholy, the anguish, the torment, the ecstasy and the joy of which the Inkubus Sukkubus Universe is comprised, are all here. The album is presented here with very slightly updated artwork to the original 1995 first release.

Selofans' world is multi sided, you may feel directly connected to it and the next moment you may lose the ground under your feet. The album is singular in concept but varies in genres: dark-wave treasures, synth-punk spells, melodic saxophone fairy-tales and early industrial beats coexist in harmony, while a voice sings or whispers poems of great emotional tension in different languages, exposing uncomfortable truths.
