God’s Bow have recently recorded and produced several remix tracks for other artists. The latest work includes songs “Unveiling The Secret” (to be found on “Unveiling The Secret 2.0” by Psyche, Endless Records 2006 – out now), “This Above All” (to be found on the limited edition of “Decayed-- Rebuild” by Mind:State, Alfa Matrix 2007 - out now) and “Angel 0708” (to be found on “Birth Process” by project Rumours About Angels - further release details tba).

God's Bow - Follow

Good news for all who have been impatiently waiting for new music from God’s Bow. After some problems due to closing the band’s former record company we can proudly announce that God’s Bow brand new album “Follow” will finally hit the stores in September 2007! The album features guest appearances of the cellist B.Deutung (known from Deine Lakaien, The Inchtabokatables, Mila Mar) and Roman Rütten (Endraum) on piano. “Follow” will be released as a digipack 2CD edition via the band’s own label Lyre Studios and will be distributed in Germany and most parts of Europe by Minuswelt/Soulfood Music.

Adopting a quote from Friedrich Nietzche as name, this new interesting music entity rises from Recanati, Italy, same hometown of Der Feuerkreiner, with whom it seems to share a passion for epic, neoclassical and martial compositions. L'Effet C'Est Moi ("the result is me") refers, in particular, to a concept with which the famous German philosopher suggested an identification between the ruling class and the results achieved by the community.

Mortiis - The Grudge Remix Online

A specially edited version of Mortiis "The Grudge" video has been uploaded at You Tube
The edit by Charlie Deaux is backed by a soundtrack of the David Wallace Remix of "The Grudge" which will appear on the forthcoming remix album 'Some Kind of Heroin', released on April 16.
Commenting on the video, Mortiis explained; 'Actually that video came as a surprise, I think Charlie wanted to showcase his creative ideas with this version of the video, really go all the way with it, and it caught me totally by surprise but I love it, as a matter of fact I love the unchained intensity of it, the fact that it's really frantic and fast really works with the remix Dave did, which also caught me by surprise. Dave really made that song sound like an "old school" 90'ies industrial song, which I have always used as a big inspiration for a lot of the music I write, at least in the last couple of years."
