Industrial Fallout: Sonic Violence

It was hitting us again. In a good way. Industrial fallout was back in its Sonic Violence chapter.
There's been slight changes since the last one I attended in there now being half hour sets instead of hour ones but they worked quite well.
Corrosion and Nocturne were once again joined by VJ Visualante and guest DJ Kowalski-64.
I had arrived a little later then usual but people were already dancing. It was good seeing old faces again as well as some new ones. The night had a kind of old skool feel about it. Soon enough I was dancing myself as well as other people new and fallout vets.
Visualante was creating some awesome imagery again starting off with some 80's style videos and images, later using some old black and white film clips to florescent light bondage/fetish imagery. Very awesome stuff, shame we don't see it more often down south(apparently its pretty big in Birmingham).
Soon it was time for Kowalski's post Resistanz set. During his set he was holding a competition of sorts to do with Resistanz festival giving away signed Uberbyte albums (EXS), stickers and Nachtmahr stuff(although they went back to Austria with Thomas Rainer they will be given out asap). He played a pretty impressive set minus a couple of blips. Tracks included Nachtmahr War on the Dance Floor, Uberbyte Last human, SAM, XP8, Modulate as well as a few other hard floor fillers.
It was nice to see new faces and a mixed age group, refreshing in a way showing that fallout is still slowly reaching new ears of all ages. As for the vets its good to see them still getting excited about everyone as they are slowly improving with guest DJ's and local VJ.
