After a prolonged hiatus, German industrial rock band Jesus On Extasy (JoE) has released their new single, "Days Gone By", via Metropolis Records. This new track signals the band’s rebirth and a fresh chapter for the group, now led by founding member Dorian Deveraux.
The latest single, "Days Gone By", reflects a darker and more intense sound for the band. Dorian Deveraux, who leads the band following the departure of his brother Chai Deveraux in early 2024, describes the track as deeply personal, touching on themes of isolation, depression, and the struggles of the past few years.Dorian says that the break was essential for his growth as an artist, allowing him to realign his vision for JoE. "This new era will be harder, more uncompromising, and more authentic," Deveraux explains, reflecting the shift in the band’s sound.
