This music is a real batcave inspired by so delicious things like: Siouxsie, Chameleons, F242, Siglo XX, Norma-Loy, Killing Joke, Tanit, Marc Seberg, Clair Obscur, Young Gods, Midnight Oil, Joy Division, Cure, Wall Of Voodoo, Virgin Prunes, Christian Death, Bauhaus, Birthday Party, Mission, Cult, Danse Society, Cocteau Twins etc... Available from February 09, 2009.

Specimen - "Alive at The Batcave"

Specimen formed in Bristol, England during 1980. Their first show was at a street party celebrating the wedding of The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer. In 1982, the band relocated to Soho, London, where they would play many shows at the infamous club known as The Batcave. Specimen's vocalist Ollie Wisdom founded and ran the club during 1982-1983. Prior to forming Specimen and opening The Batcave, Ollie was the vocalist for another band known as "The Unwanted".

The new Anok Pe Current 93 - "Aleph At Hallucinatory Mountain"

As the leader of Current 93 wrote: "We have finally finished the recording and mixing for the new Current 93 album. As is usual with our projects, there has been a great deal of shifting and morphing. I had considered making the project a trilogy of albums, but have, after much thought, decided to condense the three albums’ worth of material that we have recorded into one album." So, finally, the album is finished and the CD version is released on Coptic Cat in early May 2009, distributed by Revolver in North America and Southern in UK/Europe.

Die So Fluid are the modern incarnation of a ‘power trio’. Die So Fluid formed 4 years ago, and exploded onto the alternative rock scene with their darkly individual and metal-edged soundscape. Sultry underworld siren Grog provides soaring, passionate vocals and hard-hitting bass guitar, accompanied by  king of the darkwave Drew Richards on guitar, and John Bonham inspired drumming firework frenzy, Al Fletcher. Drawing on influences ranging from The Deftones and Black Sabbath to Siouxsie Sioux and Hole, their music is a compelling mix of raw emotion laced with infectious melody.
