New album Delain - April Rain

At 20 march the new Delain album ''April Rain'' will see the light of day. It is the follow up to the succesful gothic metal album ''Lucidity'' from 2006, which featured the singles ''Frozen'' and ''See Me in Shadow''. This second effort sounds more like a cohesive band album, with more emphasis on speedy metal than on the doom and pop parts. The song ''Control the Storm'' features guest vocals from Nightwish vocalist Marco Hietala. Delain will be on tour in march with Kamelot.

Apoptygma Berzerk - Rocket Science

Massiv in Mensch return with - Hands on Massiv: The Remixes

The German industrial musical duo Massiv in Mensch (Daniel Logemann and Mirco Osterthun) will return this year with a digital-only remix album entitled "Hands on Massiv: The Remixes" on Artoffact Records. "Hands on Massiv" collects 12 Massiv in Mensch remixes and will include collaborations with Individual Totem, Standeg, Headscan, EpsiloMinus, Implant and newcomer V01d.


XP8 and new album "Drop the Mask"

XP8 have announced that their fourth studio album, entitled Drop the Mask, is in its final stages and planned for release in June 2009. A special edit of the album track "I See Her" will be included on the second volume of the Kinetik Festival compilation album, as the band will perform at the festival in May 2009.

Italian electro medieval music from FEMINA FABER

Born in 2005, based upon an idea of Paola Bianchi, the FEMINA FABER project fuses the asperity of synthetic and industrial sound with the lyricism of the Latin language using electronic sound (produced by different electronic devices and synth) as a background for Paola Bianchi’s poems, translated to Old Latin by Prof. Alberto Magnani.

LUXURY STRANGER is a band from Nottingham, England, that could well be described as typically British: Musically, they continue the tradition of post punk and new wave. Influences like Joy Division, The Cure and The Chameleons can be recognized easily.
