When you think of Blutengel you probably have the tracks of their debut CD "Child of Glass" released in 1998 in your mind. I mean "Weg Zu Mir" or "Beauty Of Suffering"that used to win high notes on the charts. I'm presenting you a review of the concert recorded during the tour 2004. The concert itself is a kind of a final achievement of the band's activity, released in 2005 by the label Out of Line. As soon as I saw the concert on the shelf in Media Markt I was about to take it from the shop without even paying: the most import thing for me then was to go home and listen to what Chris Pohl and the ladies of Blut had prepared. The tracklist promised much, however, what welcomed me after the first 'play' of the DVD surpassed all my expectations. The verve, special effects , the scene "play" and the general Image of the band are amazing. The first real track that broke the silence of my room was "Angels Of The Dark" of the CD "Demon Kiss", next "Forever" that was released in 2003 as a single, afterwards there was "Bloody pleasures" of "Seelenschmerz". The next tracks presented a very good quality. On the whole set I personally miss the track "Der Spiegel", but still the features of the CD may break the listener apart and make those by the scene dance like scarecrows (stupefied because of, I don't know, amazement maybe). At certain point the vocalist starts running wild on the scene what inspires the audience to have fun even more ( make them see the Polish audience...). Obviously, I'm not trying to judge the audience here, but the Blutengel's show. The tracks such as "Weg Zu Mir", "Go To Hell" or the famous "Die With You"* .The next tracks that made me move were "Love Killer", "Navigator".The concerts ends with the strong, almost typical track of the CD "Seelenschmerz", namely "Children Of The Night", just after the track of the debut album "Child of Glass" - "Beauty Of Suffering". I my opinion the item worth recommending -- not only for the Chris's fans...
