Untoten - Grabsteinland V

2015-10-20 (News)

After such releases as "Grabsteinland 1", "Herrschaft der Vampire", "Herz der Finsternis" and "Schwarze Feder", all part of the series "Grabsteinland", the story now will continue with the LP "Die Rückkehr". Back to the Land of Ravens, Child-Witches, Man-Wolves, Vampires, the Storm–People, the Landscape of fabulous Creatures and Entities, which are part of our arcaic Subsconscience. For those who are desperate and lost. With the beauty of old dark Fairtyales. Back to Grabsteinland, just to find out, that also in this bright Dream- world, where nature could be a perfect One, everything now has become vast and empty.
Untoten, with their cycle "Grabsteinland" created a World of Poetic Dystopia versus eternal Utopia, and they desighned a "Semantic Ambiguity" of German Gothic, a very big Influence on the dark scene.

Orange Sector - Monoton

2015-10-20 (News)

Since the beginning of the so called 80's the term "Electronic Body Music" has established itself as a part of the global electronic music movement. Pulsating basses and machine like rhythms have become the trademark of a whole music scene. Bands like Nitzer Ebb, Front 242 or Pouppee Fabrikk are named to be the pioneers of this movement.
Orange Sector are part of the so called "second wave" of the EBM scene with a history of 23 years, 12 album releases, several EP's and singles. The new "Monoton" EP is the first part of a planned trilogy featuring 4 songs and 3 remixes done by NZ, Agrezzior and Celluloid. This new 7 track CD is by far the most strong release by Martin Bodewell and Lars Felker to date.

Killing Joke - Pylon

2015-10-19 (News)

Killing Joke are on a mission to take their music of resistance to a whole new level with latest 16-th studio album "Pylon". With the original line-up of Jaz Coleman, Geordie, Youth & Big Paul continuing to hold firm, will have shows around the world. "Pylon" was produced in the UK and Prague by the band and Tom Dalgety, whose credits include the hugely successful Royal Blood album, and isn’t designed to accompany a quiet night at home in front of the fire; "Pylon" is very much music as ritual – raw, uncompromising and precisely-targeted lyrically, with the artwork put together by regular band associate Mike Coles, the designer behind the very first Killing Joke album. As for the album’s title, says Youth, "It’s simple… Stark brutal industrial suicide… This is the third in a triptych of albums, Absolute Dissent, MMXII and now Pylon… heavy and uncompromising, bleak dystopian lyrics, as well as some visionary celebration… lots of black pain emotion. To be honest, we remain genre blind so our music will always cover a vast spectrum of influences, from disco right through to heavy metal and beyond…".

Morthound - Off the beaten track the light don't shine

2015-10-18 (News)

It might have been in the air after Raubbau’s extensive box set and the subsequent live performances, it sure has been hoped for by more than a few, and here it is confirmed, the first morthound album in over 20 years: the title somehow gives it away. This is an absorbing exploration of the dark ambient realms, a sometimes outright frightening dip into the pit, yet composed with the expert knowledge of a now seasoned producer. With "Way off the beaten track", Morthound returns triumphantly to the fold.

Benjamin'sPlague - Choke on Euphoria

2015-10-17 (News)

Benjamin'sPlague returns with a massive 7-track EP, featuring 4 new tracks plus 3 killer remixes by Nórdika, [SNUFF] and MadManCircus. Following on from his 2014 debut single "You Will Pay", Dutch musician Benjamin Schoones' creative output is darker and heavier than ever, twisting neoclassical piano melodies into his harsh beats and distorted basslines, all led by his aggressive vocals and disturbed lyrics. This EP is as sweet and menacing as its title implies; blast it through your headphones or on the dancefloor and Choke on Euphoria!

Merciful Nuns - 400 Billion Suns

2015-10-16 (News)

Complete concert recording in highest Audio Quality! Recorded at Castle Bolkow (Poland) on 17 July 2015. The live setlist reads like a ‘Best of' by Merciful Nuns! This release is destined to be sold out fast. Merciful Nuns are Goth. Goth void of Rock. The very charismatic powerfully produced sound with its recondite atmosphere, dominant bass lines, delicate guitars and expressive vocals, weaving between hypnotic poignancy and nigh despairing melancholy appears to be something the Goth scene has been waiting for many years. Merciful Nuns are cult! They re-ignite something in the Goth scene that has long been consigned to ashes of memory: spirituality, contemplation and significant depth.
