German electropop band Minerve continues its march to the east. They will release "Love Traces' - special compilation for russian market. It will be released by Q-code Records. Let us remind You that Minerve will play live soon in Poland, together with LOWE during Alternative Fortress in Klodzko on 25th May.

Bjork - "Volta"

Musical innovator and icon Björk releases her next studio album "Volta" on May 7th 2007 on One Little Indian Records. "Volta" is Björk's sixth studio album and follows the release of "Medúlla" in 2004. Featuring new and original tracks, "Volta" is written and produced by Björk, with three tracks co-produced with Timbaland and Mark Bell. In the role of producer Björk has brought in various other musicians to work on her songs and "Volta" features some of her most interesting collaborations so far with Antony ( Antony And The Johnsons ) singing on two tracks, and Timbaland working with Björk on beats that she created for three further songs. Other artists that feature on "Volta" include electronic pioneer Mark Bell of LFO and two unique drummers - Chris Corsano ( the improvisational drummer who has worked with Sonic Youth amongst others ) and Brian Chippendale from Lightning Bolt. Björk also brought in two acclaimed African artists for "Volta" - Toumani Diabate, the Malian kora player and Konono No1 the experimental band from The Congo who won a BBC World Music Award in 2006. She has also put together her own 10 piece female brass section of Icelandic musicians who play on three further tracks.

Vader + Red Emprez in The Witcher soundtrack

Electro band RED EMPREZ in cooperation with death-metal VADER are recording special track for new CD Project game - The Witcher. It will be released in 1.000.000 copies all over the world. RED EMPREZ  keyboardist will also compose two electronic bacground tracks for VADER, for upcoming new album, it will be "Dark Transmission" i "Kingdom".

16 Volt - FullBlackHabit

Industrial Rock act 16 Volt return with their first album in nine years, "FullBlackHabit". The album is a reflection of their life as a band through the triumphs and turmoils that they have been faced with in their 16 years of existence. "FullBlackHabit" features many guest musicians including : Paul Raven ( Ministry, Prong, Killing Joke ), Steve Pig ( KMFDM ), Bildeaux ( Necrofix, OHN ), Kraig Tyler ( Chemlab, Virus23, Crazytown ), Scott Robison ( Drone ), and Jason Bazinet ( SMP ), and was mixed by Bill Kennedy ( Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Sepultura, Megadeth, Filter ) and mastered by Tom Baker. Rotersand -"1023"

Having spent 2006 on the road building their reputation as a powerful live act, Rotersand are preparing to unleash their eagerly anticipated 3rd album with the title "1023" (ten twenty-three), scheduled for a release date of June 8th, 2007 on Dependent Records. According to Rotersand singer Rasc, the title refers to the room number of a Detroit hotel the trio checked into during their US tour last year. "The atmosphere in this derelict, at one time luxurious and now forsaken hotel was both sinister and eerie. We felt as though we were in a combination of a surreal computer game and Stephen King's 'Shining'. The experience had such an effect on us for the rest of the tour that we decided to try and use it as the basis for some future musical work. The otherworldly atmosphere was so perfectly fitting with the dark, intense mood of the album, we decided to make it the title.
