The waiting is coming to an end, because this Friday, Jan. 23rd, 2009 sees the release of the new album from APOPTYGMA BERZERK titled "Rocket Science"! The first single "Apollo (Live On Your TV)" is already rotating through radios and clubs and provides the perfect appetizer for the album. When singer Stephan Groth says, "It's going to be an album that the fans who've been with us for years as well as our new fans will like", then you can bet that it's no empty promise.

While "Apollo (Live On Your TV)" has already claimed the No. 2 spot in the DAT 20 and the pole position in the German Alternative Charts, the "Rocket Science" album has shot into 1st Place in the ‘Soundchecks' at Sonic Seducer and Dark Spy magazines! And a familiar face can also be seen on this month's cover of Orkus magazine... To make sure you can get the version of "Rocket Science" that best suits your needs, the new APOPTYGMA BERZERK album will be available in various different versions. First up, you've got the Standard-Version featuring 14 mega tracks. For those more demanding fans, you've got the Digi-Pack, additionally including a bonus DVD containing the video for "Apollo (Live On Your TV)", its "Making Of" and more specials. For you online junkies, you can take advantage of two possibilities: The I-Tunes Version containing an additional bonus track, or the Napster Edition featuring an audio interview with Stephan Groth. And for you collectors and die-hard fans, get your mitts on the extremely limited Deluxe Edition containing the album and bonus DVD plus a special T-shirt that is only available here: Ladies in Size 'M' and Size 'L' for the guys.
