Side-Line music magazine has prepared something that has actually never been done before. Some while ago they announced a special competition for a wide range of bands and vocalists. The aim of the mentioned competition was to loom the most interesting artists, whose pieces would be later included on a new compilation, which has just been released.
1258 projects entered the competition; only 50 of them, hailed as the most promising ones, were chosen. We have something particular to rejoice about, for two Polish bands - H.Exe and Human Steel - found themselves amongst the priviliged. 5 more bands were added to this outstanding whole. And hence Alien Vampires, Komor Kommando, Psy'Aviah, Kant Kino, Freakangel and many more can be heard on Face the Beat.The compilation is available for free on the facebook profile of Side-Line. It can be downloaded either as a whole (over 500MB), or as your own choice of selected pieces. It is highly adviced to play these tracks at random so you can discover as many new, fresh and interesting bands as possible.
