Diary of Dreams - reLive

2016-09-16 (News)

Raw, unpolished, with rough edges. Keeping the vibrancy and authenticity of the concert sound without brandishing or producing it to death. It is just what it is, and it is what it was: live. The recordings were not tampered with overdubs, cuts or new elements but kept the way they were. Which is why you feel the power unfolding and capturing your senses. Face to face with the energy and magic of a real concert experience – this is probably the best description of how this album turned out, recorded at Diary of Dreams' Grau im Licht tour in Hamburg, Leipzig and Berlin in November 2015.reLive is also ideal for (re)discovering the live energy of one of the stalwarts of the dark music scene. On stage, the melancholic bombast excesses come alive as new and sometimes completely different experiences. If you haven't seen Diary of Dreams live yet, this is the best way to enjoy them.

Arian 1 - Integration

2016-09-15 (News)

Arian 1 is one of the longest living and most famous South American electronic bands. Founded already back in 1992 in Lima (Peru) by brothers Cesar and Eduardo Leiva, Arian 1 look back on two full-length albums, several EP's and a lot of live shows together. They are one of South America's true pioneers in EBM/Industrial and have shared stages with bands from Front 242 to God Module! However, Arian 1's sound can't be taken as pure «EBM». Instead it represents a unique mix of hi-tech future-pop, melodic techno-EBM and even progressive trance, with cold nordic tunes and intelligent sci-fi atmospheres. Some people call it "South America's Covenant" – and this comparison seems pretty accurate. The previous releases of Arian 1 are all long deleted and "Integration" is a compilation of the best tracks from different releases, including songs from the latest EP «Cyro» [June 2016].
All tracks on «Integration» were remastered and some songs are presented in all new, previously unreleased versions & remixes. 500 physical copies only – each hand-numbered.

Hoshin - Path of Dissolutions

2016-09-14 (News)

Hoshin, also know under his alias Esylt, presents us with a soothing ambient music album. Ripe with field recordings of lush forests and damp ancient temples. Layered with mechanical undertones it creates a unique atmosphere.
An enlightening voyage to the center of Mysticism. Blackened machines summon dread, while the spiritual world knocks on the door of reality.
The stench of decay stand in stark contrast to the awakened mind. We feel throbbing bass one minute, the other surrounded by murmuring crowds. From within them the cough of pestilence echo through halls that never end.
This is fresh twist on the dark ambient genre and drone music.
