The Firm Incorporated - Veritas

2016-04-24 (News)

"Revived from the ruins" or "good things need time" could be the sum up of the collaboration of Funker Vogt original member and former singer Jens Kästel with Guido Henning and Jan Abraham of E-Craft fame. Formed in winter 2014 already their first limited single release, "Abgebrannt" did proof where the journey will lead them to.
The end of april 2016 will now see the release of the first full-length "Veritas". "No prisoners will be taken" is the line of approach… "Veritas" for sure is one of the electro/EBM highlights in early 2016 with harsh songs about friendship, disappointment and courage which find their way directly into your brain.

Imatem - Home and Journey

2016-04-23 (News)

Imatem highlights Peter Spilles' significance within this scene. Serving as a magnifying glass for his beloved scene, the first and foremost use of Imatem is to co-operate with artists close to Peter Spilles, with artists whose voices impressed him or with artists he wanted to support by all means. Among countless others, Ronan Harris (VNV Nation), Der Graf (Unheilig), Sven Friedrich (Solar Fake/Zeraphine), MiLù (Mila Mar) or Sara Noxx. Happily heeded his call and became an integral part of a unique journey whose destination deliberately remained unclear.

While his other ventures follow strict concepts and their own set of rules, Imatem is kept alive by its unexpected nature. Each and every artist is welcome to do whatever they want. This is the sole reason Peter Spilles is making music. This is what made him remain open, fair and charming over all these years.

Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio - Vision: Libertine – The Hangman's Triad

2016-04-22 (News)

After a prolonged hiatus, Swedish cult-band Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio returns with the new double album project "Vision: Libertine – The Hangman's Triad", an ambitious and effective marriage of the future and the past. Originally planned as an EP, over a course of 3 years Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio's new magnum opus "Vision: Libertine - The Hangman's Triad" grew into a double album, comprised of the two separate, yet connected entities. The albums elegantly merge the darker, more tribal sound of the group's earlier albums with the sonic and melodic prowess of the recent years. Aided by Empusae's Sal-Ocin on percussion and other acoustic instruments, Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio have put together a captivating musical universe of ritual, lust and somber fascination. Coupled with exquisitely explicit artwork woven together from work contributed by fans and listeners, "Vision: Libertine" becomes a rare gem of concept art.

In Letter Form - Fracture. Repair. Repeat.

2016-04-21 (News)

Drawing influence from the works of early The Cure, Joy Division, Bauhaus, New Order, Echo and the Bunnymen and Interpol they produce a sound that echoes the past, haunts the present and is constantly in the future.
Reflecting on past deeds; some well intentioned while others, not. The ways we had been wronged or the choice to see it that way because sometimes that's easier than the truth.
The prose and cons of having thin skin to protect a thick heart, put "in letter form" perhaps?
