Around 10 years ago, In Strict Confidence's "Exile Paradise" album saw ist first release and is since regarded as one of the greatest milestones in the band's musical history. Unique and impressive were – apart of the music – for sure also the outstanding, eye-catching artwork and the video for the song 'Forbidden Fruit‘, that counts over 360‘000 views since it's launch on Youtube. Consisting of three pieces of a triadic whole, the roots to SUNN O)))’s new album trace deeply into the sessions of their 2009-released "Monoliths & Dimensions" LP and very recent collaborative recordings with Ulver ("Terrestrials", 2014) and Scott Walker ("Soused", 2015), culminated and fully realized this year. Recorded and mixed with SUNN O)))’s close colleague and co-producer Randall Dunn, "Kannon" is as always composed around the immense guitar and bass interplay of founders Stephen O’Malley and Greg Anderson, and includes performances by long term allies and collaborators Attila Csihar, Oren Ambarchi, Rex Ritter, Steve Moore and others. 
The literal representation of "Kannon" is as an aspect of Buddha: commonly known as the Guanyin Bodhisattva (Chinese: 觀音菩薩) amongst a plurality of other forms.

Kirlian Camera - The Three Shadows

This is old material, written and recorded from 1989 to 1991, released for the first time ever and originally conceived to be the accompanying single for the album "Todesengel - The Fall of Life". The quality of these tracks, directly from the archive and saved by miracle, is typical of the Kirlian Camera's sound of the late 80s, but also more deserted and suffered, announcing the icy career of the near future (more underground comparing with the pop-attitutude of "Eclipse" or "Blue Room"). The 5 tracks are intense and drammatic, starting with the opening "Lights from Poland" that is a brilliant instrumental also included in the LP-Picture Disc edition of Todesengel (Triton 1998). A great opportunity to discover a real piece of history.

New Order have announced "Tutti Frutti" as the second single to be taken from their new album "Music Complete". "Tutti Frutti", featuring Elly Jackson aka La Roux on guest vocals, is fast becoming a fan favourite and has now been given the remix treatment by longtime fans, Hot Chip.
