Biography:
Chrom were founded in May 2007 by Christian Marquis and Thomas Winters after they discovered they shared love for loud, but at the same time melodic and danceable electro sounds. The band's name is composed of the first names of the two musicians (CHRis and ThOM).Chrom represent an effective synthesis of synth pop, EBM and electro that means: rich beats, penetrating basslines that may sometimes be really punchy, catchy melodies. The debut album "Electro Scope" was released in April 2010 on Fear Section, distribution by Out Of Line Music. The band has since then toured several times with great popularity as the opening act for the group Blutengel, and in March 2012, Chrom release their second album "Synthetic Movement" by Out Of Line Music, on which they present their characteristic sound, perfect mixture between club and electronic pop.
